The Young Men’s Action Network (YMAN) is a mentorship and fitness program designed for young men ages 13–18. It goes beyond exercise—focusing on education, life skills, and leadership development. YMAN creates an environment where teens grow into responsible, confident young men equipped for success in school, sports, and life.
